Qus: Do you provide samples?

Ans:  Yes, we are happy to send sample for quality evaluation with courier charges, we also offer free samples, depend on quality, quantity and types.

Secondly, for customizing we’ll charge according to specification.                                                                                      

Qus: What is your sample leading time?                                                                  

Ans:  In Stock: 3 - 7 days in general, On Stock: 10-15 days after samples confirmed.                                          

Qus: What is your Order Leading Time?                                                          

Ans:  Normally on stock: 10-15 days after order conformation, also depend on your order quantity.

Qus: Can you refund the sample charge, when I place the order?

Ans:  We can refund the sample charges, when you confirmed order more than 500 Pcs. 

Qus: What is your Payment Methods?                                                                                                          

Ans: LC, TT, PayPal, West Union and Company Account.                                                                                                           

Qus: What are the term of Deliveries?                                                                           

Ans:  We can accept EXW, FOB, CIF, Ect. You can choose one which is the most convenient for you.                                       

Qus: Do you accept OEM/ODM, Customize Services?

Ans: We accept OEM, ODM with customer’s logos –Label – Sublimation – Fabric – Printing – Hang Tag.                                   

Qus: How, I can Place and take the Order?                                                                                                                        

Ans:  There are only 6 easy step to take your order from us.

A: Step 1, First of all you’ve to sort out detail requirement, such as product name, size, quantity, logo.
Step 2, when we get your logo, we will give you a quote, also we will make the artwork for you if you needed.
Step 3, After you confirm the price and artwork, we will make the invoice, you need to pay the sample charge or deposit before production.
Step 4, After we get your payment, we will start to make the sample or per-production sample, we will show you pictures when the sample done. And we will send the sample to you.
Step 5. After you confirm the sample, we will start the mass production. We will show you more pictures when we finished your order.
Step 6, You need to arrange the balance payment, After we get your balance payment, we will ship your goods and tell you the tracking number or give you the original B/L.
